Mama Chía was born from a real friendship.
Both share a passion for food, for the natural, for things done well. And a shared desire: to offer delicious, healthy and accessible food in a fast and fresh format.
Two worlds, one vision
Gastón has spent years running restaurants on the island, specializing in meat, Argentine cuisine and sushi.
He knows what it takes to serve dishes that win people over through flavor and quality.
Chiara: 20 years ago, Chiara founded the beloved Punto Gelato brand — an artisan gelato lab with locations across Ibiza, including Mama Chía.
